Room was so good. It costs around 500 per day for a single person it includes breakfast also and nice part of the stay is their terrace it looks like a cafe. Overall experience is very good.

Had a nice experience. I had a healthy and good breakfast. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I was not able to find a transport to Auroville and he helped me book one immediately. Really grateful for the service. Thank you.

Such a Worst experience. All the five star ratings what you see are fake. This is my genuine review.The only reason for me to give me one star is that I can’t give negative star. Firstly Smells very bad in front of the hotel, There is a sewage drain system right Infront of the residency. When we step out of the car the drainage system smells very bad and my kids nearly puked and when we entered the room toilets smells bad as well as because of the bad drainage system and Maintenance. Next day Morning residency people said the breakfast will be served at 9 to 9:30. They didn’t serve breakfast until 10’o clock. We waited so long with small kids. When I asked the manager he was quite rudely said it is coming madam the time Is 9:35 and it’s here. But they served it only at 10 am. On the whole this place is not suitable for kids and families. Worst worst worst experience.

Horrible experience, goons running this place. Had bed bugs visibly roaming arnd the room and when we told them we wanted to check-out they asked us to make full 2 days payment and when we told them about the condition of the room we were not allowed to go. They made us wait out along with infant and elders till 1am in the night. Finally we had to seek police help to move out ofcourse with no refund. Disgusting place

As someone who was travelling to pondicherry for the first time with my mother, I booked this hotel without much thought, but the pleasant experience and the amicable and super supportive staff are the reason I’m writing this review! Mr Dasa Radhan was very sweet, super helpful and has a very contagious happy energy! I had such an amazing experience. Although this hotel is a little far from the city centre (it’s close to the boat house to go to paradise beach tho!), the people here are so sweet. The manager was sooo helpful, even helped us w the itinerary and they help you w transport rentals as well. The place is clean and the staff is super helpful! The breakfast is complimentary and super filling and tasty, and comes w a variety of dishes. Everyone here was sooooo nice and we checked in almost 6 hours early and there was no hassle! They didn’t even ask us to pay extra when I’d asked for early check in. Super super genuine and kind people. The rooms are a bit small, but clean but I do wish the flush worked better :P but I don’t wanna nitpick, cause I had a great experience and will recommend this place to everyone especially due to the incredibly supportive, kind and warm staff who I will always remember! PS the Wi-Fi works sooooo well! And it’s free :P

Incredible experience! Staff is very helpful, rooms are very clean, breakfast is very filling and tasty! Mr Dasa Radhan was very kind, helpful and always smiling. Staying here made my visit to Pondi very memorable, especially due to the amazing staff!
